When I shop there if there is something I can’t find or if I have any questions about, the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They’re wonderful! They’re kind and courteous. It’s always a pleasure working with the Salon Centric staff. When shopping around I have found that they have very competitive pricing on their products. If not lower than their competitors in this area.

I walked in, looked directly at the two gals standing there talking. Neither of them even said hello. I walked around looking for the Joico product. They actually asked the other two people in the store if they were doing ok...not me. I found a few things to get by with. After no service, I decided to not buy a new blow dryer or clippers. I had drove from a remote area in Eastern Oregon. I had other shopping to do as well. I have ordered Joico online in the past and was looking forward to going to the store. Very disappointed in the small selection. I mentioned that to the girl who seemed irritated to check me out. I didn't have my account number handy. Ans she snapped. When do you at least have an ID? I went to cosmoprof down the street where I was greated with enthusiasm. My shopping experience was fantastic. It appears I'm not the first to point out your pathetic customer service. So I'm sure your not surprised if I tell you. I will never be back.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
