When I shop there if there is something I can’t find or if I have any questions about, the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They’re wonderful! They’re kind and courteous. It’s always a pleasure working with the Salon Centric staff. When shopping around I have found that they have very competitive pricing on their products. If not lower than their competitors in this area.

I realized how much I dread going in here and Im sorry to say that it is 100% because of the girl that runs this store. She just seems so genuinely irritated the moment you walk in the door. Even more so if you ask a question. Its been like this for years ! The other girl thats sometimes there with her & looks similar to her, seems to have about the same attitude. So its meridian for me, from here on out.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
