At 15 mins it said come over your next so I went over it took 5 mins to get there I checked in and sat down, but the older lady just skipped over me and went to the number 3 person instead. They obviously knew each other the way they talked to each other and it just made me mad the only reason I gave a 3 star was the other lady the was very nice and professional. 1/8/26 at 1pm

Go inside to be told sorry someone was waiting it'll be another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later they put the 3rd person in a chair and not my daughter. This location will never have my service. Terrible just utterly terrible. I will be filing a complaint to corporate on Monday. I used great clips for over 20 years loyally until today.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
