  I had such a great experience with Emma at Sephora! I walked in with a bit of a time crunch because I had engagement photos in just three hours and needed help quickly. When I first came in, a few other employees were busy chatting about spring break, but Emma immediately approached me and asked if I needed help. She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She listened to what I was looking for and quickly found me the perfect shade of foundation on the first try, which is not an easy task! On top of that, she helped me find everything else on my list and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Emma was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me feel confident for such a special moment. Thanks to her, I walked out feeling completely prepared for my engagement photos. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend asking for Emma if you visit this Sephora!

  I shop here all the time & spend thousands of dollars at this location & no I may never be back…1. The employees are too busy to greet you as you walk in because they’re conversating & act to busy to assist you when you ask for help. 2 I had my daughter with me who in her stroller & I’ve done so as I’ve done many times before just put the items I’m going to purchase in the basket of her stroller i already have my hands full & don’t need a basket…well the rude older lady with ginger hair (didn’t catch her name) kept insisting on offering me a basket & kept looking at me at I shopped thinking I was going to steal. She even looked in the basket of my stroller as I was leaving it was very rude & unprofessional

  I visited Sephora today to purchase an eyebrow product, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I walked in, I was not greeted. There were employees standing near the entrance chatting with each other, which didn’t feel professional or welcoming. I had to look around to find someone to help me with the product I was searching for. Eventually, someone was asked to assist me, but the associate who helped me was not friendly and didn’t seem interested in understanding what I was looking for. She mentioned a couple of products, and when I asked if I could try them on, she said yes and then walked away. She never came back to check on me, help me match the products to my eyebrows, or offer any further assistance. Instead, she returned to chatting with her coworker. I was planning to purchase several products, but I ended up leaving unhappy. I went to the M.A.C store next door instead, and the difference was noticeable immediately. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help, and the associate was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. She helped me match my eyebrow products, maintained eye contact, and made me feel valued as a customer. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Sephora and hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer service.

  I am cracking up at how stingy the girl was with the sample she gave me I asked very politely for. It is LITERALLY 1 drop of the skin serum, just enough to cover a freckle 🤣 not exaggerating. Mind you I spent $250!! I will not be going back to this location ever again....
