- WUWhatz UpAug 29, 20241.0This location specifically seems to have an unwelcoming reputation. Every time I visit this location to get my products I feel as though I am walking back into high school. All employees seem very irritated to do essentially anything. You can’t even check out without one of them making a side comment as if you are inconveniencing them. It has been many times that I have walked in to them loudly discussing drama in their lives. It is extremely unprofessional, I hate the environment. Will not be returning to this location, as I have given it many tries. Love the Boise location, sweetest people ever!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy for store purchases?
Store purchases can be returned to a SalonCentric store with a valid receipt. Orders of $150 or less (excluding electrical items and shears) can be returned within 90 days with your packing slip or invoice. Electrical items and shears can be refunded or exchanged within 60 days with the original receipt. Refunds are processed as SalonCentric gift cards.
