The ingredients of their products are top notch, however it’s a dirty business. I’ve never in my life seen prices raise so significantly and product sizes continually shrink simultaneously. I would have been a long time customer now I can’t even afford one $50 facial moisturiser that would last me 3 weeks

Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic fragrance, with transparent ingredients. For me , doesn’t trigger migraines. Fun colors and scents. Fantastic, evocative perfumes, pampering, natural body products.
My one issue is I would love to see cleaner samples out. Last time I went in, evening, to be fair, most testers looked a little like the art center of a pre k class left to marinate over the weekend. - half dried oxidized clay, various little tubs of goo open, finger prints in everything. A science experiment in the making. More staff, clearer protocol, more applicator sticks, idk. For immunocompromised people it’s a no go. I don’t mind having to buy something to try it. But I’m steering clear of certain areas.
