  Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic fragrance, with transparent ingredients. For me , doesn’t trigger migraines. Fun colors and scents. Fantastic, evocative perfumes, pampering, natural body products. My one issue is I would love to see cleaner samples out. Last time I went in, evening, to be fair, most testers looked a little like the art center of a pre k class left to marinate over the weekend. - half dried oxidized clay, various little tubs of goo open, finger prints in everything. A science experiment in the making. More staff, clearer protocol, more applicator sticks, idk. For immunocompromised people it’s a no go. I don’t mind having to buy something to try it. But I’m steering clear of certain areas.

  Let me tell you my experience at lush today was AMAZING! Dom & Jacob were amazing . Dom was super knowledgeable and she took time to actually get to know us as well. She showed us the best deals they had going on and took time to answer any questions we had. We had plans to walk around the village but stopped in lush and had the best lunch break from work ever. Thank you so much Dom & Jacob for making our experience great. I cant wait to come back and shop more!

  Had such an amazing experience at lush today!! 100/10 Dom and Jacob made the experience so amazing providing amazing service and meeting all our needs but also taking us on a little tour thru lush making me want to purchase the wholeee store!   Jacob was AWESOME. I brought my baby in and asked him for help since he had curly hair too. He wrote up an entire curly hair routine that I could do for my baby and matching samples so I can try it first. Him and his coworker were so kind and helpful, would love to come back there!! And yes, the routine is doing wonders to bring out baby's curls!!

  I went to Lush on Sunday. A fun place to go when I want to enjoy some me time. Not much of a welcome when I walked through the door, but that didn’t really bother me. A few of the employees were assisting a young couple and so I wandered around on my own. But no one paid me much attention. The young couple left, and I proceeded to the cashier with the items that I had picked out by myself since everyone else was “busy.” Turns out – the couple never bought anything – the employees were so proud of themselves for having put a bag together with all sorts of samples. I overheard the whole explanation of how cool it was to get them all sorts of stuff and how they had made this couple’s day. What about my day? I am a paying customer who was ignored until I walked up to the cashier to pay. And was never offered any samples. I paid and left. I have to question a company that prides itself on being inclusive to treat a woman with gray hair this way. Inclusivity is way more than LGBTQ+. Because this felt very much like ageism – and my 30-year-old co-workers and kids think the same thing. I will continue to use Lush’s products for now – but I will plan ahead and order online because I do not intend to go back to this store. Paying customers pay your paychecks – and if you don’t acknowledge that fact – then customers will stop showing up and you can watch your sales diminish and your store close. Best of luck to you.
