- CBChris BeachNov 15, 20251.0I checked in online today as usual. I had a 39 minute wait time. No biggie, I can be patient. I wait in my car and finally get to 15 mins. So I decide to go in and finish waiting. Within seconds my time went back to 30 mins. So when I go in I ask about the time change. I was told staff took a break. OK, I can understand people need break. We all work. 3pm in the afternoon?? But ok. Their wait time was an hour at this point according to their check in screen. So I sit and I wait, I watch 2 more people be called ahead of me. At this point I've waited over an hour and way past my time I signed up for. No respect for my time or anyone else that was sitting there. I could tell one customer was at her breaking point, but they finally called her back. Another guy came in and asked about the wait because he time was changed. I just walked out, is this good business? Asking for a friend. Your welcome for my free time today. Figure it out Great Clips!

- MOMelissa OhrtOct 10, 20251.0Stopped in to get a quick cut. No layers nothing fancy just a couple inches off the bottom. The lady cutting my hair was shaking like a leaf, she cut through the cape when cutting my hair, and she was shaking so bad she couldnt even clip to separate my hair. I also have never seen someone pull hair from the front right side to the left side to cut it. I am not a hairdresser though so I let her finish. I couldn’t see the cut well with my hair wet and she said she can blow dry. I said dont bother its curly so you wont see if it is even anyways. She still proceeded to half way dry one side of my head which immediately started curling. I got home dried and straightened it and I am left with a jagged mess of hair once I got home. Still waiting to get ahold of a manager because I should not have to pay $20 for this mess and now have to pay $60 to someone to save it and hopefully keep enough length.
