This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues — the quality really depends on which stylist you get. I strongly recommend that the owner review both hiring and training standards. Today’s stylist seemed rushed and distracted, paying more attention to walk-in customers than to the service at hand. She appeared more focused on taking in new clients than on delivering quality work. I asked for a clean beard trim, but the result was so uneven and poorly done that I had to shave off my beard and mustache completely once I got home. A very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be returning to this location — or to any Great Clips — again.

We went back to the salon and waited for the stylist to finish with a customer. In the meantime, that same customer left the store and walked back in a minute later because his hair was messed up too. Because of this, another stylist fixed my sisters hair. She was friendly but it still wasn’t the best fix. We ended up going home and fixing it some more. I can’t recommend this place anymore.
