  I have been coming to Cutloose Salon for over 11 years and Jessica is an amazing hair artist and her and her husband Peter who own this establishment do an amazing job. Trusting salons with your hair is like finding a dentist and I am ever so thankful to have found this place. They work very hard to keep a pleasant atmosphere with professionalism. i cannot give it enough STARS!

  10/10! Jessica is amazing and I will never trust anyone else with my hair. After a traumatic mishap at another salon, Jessica has my hair back to how I want it and I love it.

  I’ve been going to Cut Loose Salon for over five years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite places to be. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and positive — you can tell Jess truly cares about her clients and her team. She’s talented, professional, and puts so much heart into everything she does. It’s disappointing to see a negative review that doesn’t reflect what this salon is really like. As someone who’s been a loyal client for years, I can say with confidence that Jess runs her business with integrity and kindness. I always leave feeling amazing about my hair and the entire experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely loves what she does and treats her clients like family! 💇‍♀️✨

  The atmosphere here has always been a bit under what it should have been, other stylist picking on others or straight up not respecting management. I've literally heard a barber recommend their boyfriend over the other barber in the salon. I'm glad the current management cleaned out the people who didn't want to work as a team and be supporting as a team. This isn't a booth rental salon, they need to work together for a common goal.

  Lost a lot of amazing and loyal ladies due to what seems like inappropriate behavior from the owners. The only reason this place had so many customers was because of these women who worked hard to make it what it was. Even though I had one specific stylist, I always enjoyed being around the others — they made the place feel welcoming. It’s really disappointing to see or hear that they’ve been fired or felt forced to move on. Call before making an appointment to make sure your stylist is still there. They’ve already lost a few loyal customers, myself included. I also wouldn’t recommend other stylists work here, since there doesn’t seem to be much stability or fairness in how people are treated. I truly believe these women will find something so much better. They deserve to be in places where they’re respected, treated kindly, and not unfairly judged under the name of the Lord. It’s especially sad considering this is a female-dominated field — hairstylists often express themselves through their appearance, and that shouldn’t be seen as unprofessional or wrong. They always looked put-together, stylish, and professional. What matters most to customers is finding a stylist we can trust and feel comfortable with, and I plan to keep following and supporting mine wherever she goes. I’ve only ever had one other stylist in my life who took care of me the same way, and I’m grateful to have found another I can stand by. Maybe this is just God’s way of showing them they deserve better — that they’re meant for bigger things, not to be judged or mistreated by people who misuse faith to justify their behavior. Wishing these girls the best 💖✝️ Edit: One of the positive reviews that mentions this establishment's atmosphere was written by the husband of someone in management.
