When I went in to use the actually website it timed me out then changed my password and now I can't log In. Idk why the fired all of there sales reps and made it so you Have to use the app.... that doesn't work.... you would Think the manager of the store would try and get it fixed by letting someone know but that hasn't happened. Done ordering from them will use cosmo prof instead from now on.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
