  After a decade-long battle with cystic acne through my teens and into adulthood, combined with the skin changes that come with having two children, my skin has been a massive source of insecurity for me. On the recommendation of Lissete, I finally decided to try the Helix Fusion laser procedure, and I am so grateful I did. From the moment I walked in, Jenny and Ashley greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. Their excellent service immediately put me at ease. While waiting, I was struck by the entire team’s incredible attention to detail and their deep knowledge of every client’s specific needs. The spa itself is the perfect blend of warm, inviting, and truly luxurious. Amy performed my laser treatment, and she is simply world-class. I’ve trusted her for Botox in the past, but this was my first laser procedure. Because of her calm demeanor and the way she explains every step of the process, I went in with zero nerves. She addressed all my concerns regarding my acne scarring and hyperpigmentation with such expertise. The procedure was quick, and her presence made me feel completely relaxed and confident. I left the spa knowing exactly what to expect during the healing process, equipped with all the necessary tools and treatment essentials. The team at Pure is clearly passionate about promoting beauty from the inside out. They don’t just provide a service; they provide a confidence boost through thoughtful, personalized care. I am so impressed and grateful for the little details they provided, and I’m excited to see my results continue to bloom.
