After expressing concerns on how poorly the procedure I got was, they randomly charged money (without permission) one year after I had not been in their business. No email, call, nothing. The "spa director" was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not apologize once, and was instead rude. I do not recommend this place atto anyone. Go to a better med spa (Sarah Hamilton face) or a dermatologist if you want better skin.

I was in for dysport but had some questions about sculptra and different laser treatments and Summer took a lot more time to discuss treatment options and pros and cons. Julie and her team have always been fantastic!
