- M2Megan 27May 23, 20191.0Horrible group of ladies that work there, I’ve een trying to get a product for 2 weeks and have called and everytime I call I get a girl named Megan who is always rude and went in today asking about product and she says it’s in a box from shipment, and that I’ll have to come back next week cuz she’s confused as to what box it’s in we’ll thats fine I can wait she says no come back next week, NOT HELPFUL. I call to talk to other gal and she didn’t seem to care so I tell them to call me once they get it in. NOT EVEN 10 mins later they call me saying they found box and have it saved for me. WOW! U guys were so helpful in the store u couldn’t even help me and find the box it was in but u magically find it after I call. Ridiculous! This store is never helpful and can’t even make it right to me when it’s there mess up! Won’t take my business here anymore! No wonder I hear so much negativity about this place

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
