- JJJaiJ6 days ago1.0The store manager Patti is so rude and obnoxious. The sales associate Della was on her phone and eating while on the sales floor. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

- MSMakenna SotoSep 26, 20253.0No complaints about inside the store all the staff are great but be careful when ordering online especially to your home, their shipping carrier has an average of 1 star and my package was delivered to wrong address and will not be returned to me. I’ve been told from both ends nothing can be done and that salon centric warns customers to not order online for this reason.. I was never warned nor do I think it’s acceptable to advise against shipping when it’s offered rather than having a more reliable carrier. Very disappointing considering I just have to eat the cost.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
