I hopped online to check-in at this location and my estimated wait time was 15 mins, which was perfect and gave me enough time to stop at the bank first. I arrived 15 mins later and my name was at the top of the list and a stylist took me to her chair. This was my first time at this location. I do a really good job of taking care of my hair and the stylist said at most I needed 1 and 1/2 inches taken off. Mind you at this point my hair is a little past my booty. Even taking the 1 and 1/2 inches off, no one could really tell but me. After the trim, it looked more clean cut and even and I was happy. I feel terrible because I asked the stylist her name and by the end of the day, I couldn't remember (possibly Melissa? Elizabeth?). She was wearing a red sweater blouse and I think black pants). She was really personable and I enjoyed our small talk.

The layers weren't really as short as I wanted some of them to be, and the face framing was really uneven (see photo) and doesn't really feel like face framing now that I'm at home looking at it. I ended up cutting one side myself to make it more even since it was pretty noticable. I'll probably make an appointment with another salon that might be able to spend more time working with me while I'm changing hairstyles.
