They don't even kind of look the same! I don't understand how you can Google 0-3 undercut fade and it's blatantly evident that's a popular haircut but I was treated terribly for asking for it and questioned on "who said that?" And "what do you mean an under cut fade?" ( She basically threw a tantrum about it and scoffed multiple times) THAT'S NOT MY JOB! This person should not be cutting hair! The last girl to do it was right there and cut my hair just fine but just left and let this lady butcher my hair! That's my experience here!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
