  Had my first appointment here today, I was sincerely welcomed upon entrance. Quickly taken back where I felt like my needs were heard, valued and the nurse took her time explaining everything in detail with me. She made great suggestions again based on my needs. Once I was ready, my vitals were taken and then I was led into a quiet room while my iv was in I was able to enjoy a water with electrolytes and a massage chair. The lighteing was amazing and great for an overall relaxing experience. At the end I was able to pay and sign up for a membership. I was not pressured in anyway and I again felt valued by everyone there. Thanks again and I will be back again soon.

  I had an amazing experience at the Coeur d'Alene Prime IV! The atmosphere was calming from the moment I walked in, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I tried their IV therapy and felt refreshed, hydrated, and energized afterward. The whole visit was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

  I went here for their soft opening and had an overall great experience!! The staff were quite welcoming and explained all of my options in detail. I felt they helped me make the best decision for me and my body. The massage chairs were an added bonus! I walked away feeling refreshed and hydrated. Will definitely be back!

  From Stacey: I highly recommend this new and wonderful wellness business! On Friday, I had the opportunity to experience Prime Wellness care and wow was I impressed. From the professional, knowledgable, kind and helpful staff to the relaxing atmosphere, I definitely will return to spoil myself. :)

  I went here on Saturday and had such a great experience! The space is really cute and comfortable, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I usually get a little nervous about IVs, but they made it so easy and relaxing. The massage chair was amazing, and I left feeling so much better than when I went in. It was a unique and fun idea for a date, too. And we both loved it.
