  The first appointment I made the stylist had to cancel because she was sick. I rescheduled and showed up for my appointment but the stylist forgot to put my re-booked appointment on the schedule so I showed up for nothing. I live a ways from town and I have 6 kids at home so getting my hair is a special treat and it took a lot to even get to the appointment. This was incredibly disappointing and I definitely will not be back and I won’t be recommending this salon to anyone.

  Ilysah was incredible! I walked in on a whim and she was so accommodating and sweet! She made sure I was comfortable with the length and cut so thoroughly! If you don’t know where to get your hair cut in the PNW trust this salon! I was so impressed by the professionalism and price!

  Arielle has been the only person we trust with the care of our hair since moving to the Idaho Panhandle over 3 years ago. Her passion for her craft is evident as soon as she touches your hair. Tho I've not had her do the Adorn hair extensions for me, she has suggested using them to add volume to my thin locks. She also advised with a solution to the yellowing of my grey/white hair due to the heavy minerals in our well water and a product to lift the hair at the back of my crown. Really appreciate the advice and care. Arielle does a great job cutting my husband's hair, trims mine and she enjoys giving me my purple peek-abo highlights. Arielle's heart is so big, she cares for you wholeheartedly. 💜

  I am so happy leaving JMiller. Pam greets you at the door and is so warm on the phone. The salon is soooooo clean! I went in with a hair disaster. Since moving to CDA have yet to find a stylist who knows the ins and outs of being a true blonde. Kaye was so knowledgeable. I am so grateful for her expertise and kindness. She transformed my hair from damaged , brassy, and disappointing to a bright beautiful blonde. From someone who's tried several salons in the CDA area, I highly recommend JMiller, the design team, and especially Kaye!

  Part of me wants to gatekeep how amazing TERA is - but I won't because she's the best at what she does and I'd love for y'all to feel how I felt once she was done with my hair... FABULOUS! I'm new to the area and J Miller is the closest salon to where I live. Tera did an amazing job with my color and keratin treatment. I don’t go to the salon often, but when I do, my hair usually needs a lot of work and she absolutely nailed it! She’s very skilled, super gentle with my hair, and just a genuinely kind person. I’m new to the area and feel really lucky to have found her. I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy. She’s not only great at what she does, but also really helpful and informative. Highly recommend booking with her. Please ask for Tera and you won't regret it!
