- CFCindy FloresMar 18, 20261.0Went in today 3/17/2026 at around 1:15 PM hoping to find a new perfume. When my baby started crying, I pulled into an aisle so I could take him out of his stroller. Then an employee with short, light hair, and glasses named Debbie stood behind me with a customer and said “we need to go here” (as in the aisle). Not even an “excuse us”. So I moved my stroller aside thinking it was in the way and she goes “No. Right. Here.” and points to the display of makeup I was accidentally blocking. She wasn’t being polite or saying anything in a nice tone, she was demanding. I move away to another aisle because my baby was still crying in his stroller, and Debbie and the customer are there not even 10 seconds later. She hovers over me struggling to unfasten my baby and doesn’t say a word. Just waiting for me to move. Until she says “I need to get right here”. So I move away once again in the middle of the perfume aisle and I finally get my baby out. NOT ONCE did I get an “excuse us” or “sorry”. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, unwelcomed, unprioritized and stressed in a store being forced in and out of aisles at the worst moments with my crying baby, all just because she was in a rush to show a customer a lip gloss. Me and my friends left empty handed.
