- KKKrisFeb 25, 20265.0I usually shop at the Nampa location since that’s closer to home, but whenever I’m in Boise I always make a point to stop into this SalonCentric. The store is beautiful, well organized, & always has an amazing selection. On my most recent visit, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lillie, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I was going thru a bit of a rough time and ended up spending several hours in the store just shopping and talking. Lillie was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely warm the entire time. She listened, was supportive, and made me feel completely welcome, even when I kept apologizing for talking her ear off! She repeatedly reassured me that it was no problem at all and made the experience feel comfortable and human in a way you don’t always expect in retail. I didn’t realize how much I needed that interaction until I left, and I truly appreciated her patience, positivity, and professionalism. Employees like Lillie are what make people want to come back. She’s a gem, and I hope she gets recognized (and perhaps a raise? 😉) Thank you for such a great experience!

No matter how dumb my question was and apparently uneducated I was in this subject I shouldn't have been treated that way. Apparently this is common behavior at this location. When I asked why she was being so rude to me she stated because I was being rude first!? By asking a question....
- KJKaren JessDec 19, 20182.0As a beauty supply is good but the costumer service is really bad! Nobody says hi when I come in or hi when I check out and it’s been like that for YEARS! There’s only one nice lady there and she’s usually never there when I go in sadly!

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
