- KKKris2 days ago5.0I usually shop at the Nampa location since that’s closer to home, but whenever I’m in Boise I always make a point to stop into this SalonCentric. The store is beautiful, well organized, & always has an amazing selection. On my most recent visit, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lillie, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I was going thru a bit of a rough time and ended up spending several hours in the store just shopping and talking. Lillie was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely warm the entire time. She listened, was supportive, and made me feel completely welcome, even when I kept apologizing for talking her ear off! She repeatedly reassured me that it was no problem at all and made the experience feel comfortable and human in a way you don’t always expect in retail. I didn’t realize how much I needed that interaction until I left, and I truly appreciated her patience, positivity, and professionalism. Employees like Lillie are what make people want to come back. She’s a gem, and I hope she gets recognized (and perhaps a raise? 😉) Thank you for such a great experience!

Salon Centric is one of a couple places to sells the color color line she used so I stopped on today to grab what I needed for my client tomorrow. I have always appreciated how clean and organized this store is. Everything is nicely placed and stocked. Product is always easy to grab. It's a very well maintained store. I normally don't use this color line so I needed a little help finding some of the shades I needed. The sweet gal working helped me with what I needed and got me on my way. The usual supply house is frequent should take some tips from this company. The store is always on point and the staff is nice. It was nice stopping in today for a quick grab and go experience.
- KJKaren JessDec 19, 20182.0As a beauty supply is good but the costumer service is really bad! Nobody says hi when I come in or hi when I check out and it’s been like that for YEARS! There’s only one nice lady there and she’s usually never there when I go in sadly!

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
