She has a birthday party and I lowkey think she should’ve went to another salon. But I will give it higher cause she said her salonist was nice. And she said the place looked okay, but she said she went to better salons with good results and the place looked good.

She talked and sang to herself which I normally would not have minded but I felt like it kept her from concentrating. She did not follow directions well. I was very upset and just wanted to finish and get out of there. I did not realize until I got home and washed my hair and tried to style it myself that I noticed how bad it was. I immediately called another salon and went in the next day to have it fixed. My hair is now approximately 1 1/2” all over my head. I am extremely extremely upset. Karen
