There has been obvious issues between the employees and the owner of this franchise for many, many years now as the employee's seem to be treated as a number instead of a skilled individuals. The current owner of this franchise is obviously much more concerned how quickly the stylist can complete a hair cut vs. the actual quality and allowing them the time to complete their job properly! This owner is not a stylist, and should not be dictating nor enforcing this type of policy, especially the way the prices for haircuts have steadily sky rocked at this location. It seems like lately every time I go in there! the cost has increased! The costs have climbed to the point where I am about ready to go somewhere else where for the price I am now paying there that can find a place that once I find a stylist I am comfortable with that can count on to cut my hair that they will be there for a long time and that I can count on getting a better quality hair cut for now the same price :-( !!
