She didn't even give me a mirror to see the back and when I asked to see a curling iron she said it would be another $30 when I just wanted it to check the cut , it didn't even need it to be on!! I explained exactly how I wanted my hair, even showed her a picture! Now I will have to go somewhere to have it fixed!!!! She has red curly hair and was very inexperienced! Definitely not worth $22.00

I checked in and got there on time, only for the staff to ask me to wait even longer because a staff member had to leave early while a customer who came in after me requested the only available stylist at the time. If the customer wanted to request a specific stylist they should have came in much earlier. It’s ridiculous how the staff were pressuring me to let the other customer get the service done before me! I will never be coming back!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
