  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I had twisted my foot earlier that day and was in quite a bit of pain by the time I got at Sephora. To be able to walk inside the store, I had taken my shoes off and was walking in socks. While I was already being helped by an employee, another staff member approached me and asked me to put my shoes back on, explaining it was for safety in case there was broken glass on the floor. I completely understood the concern and immediately put my shoes back on. However, because my foot was hurting, I needed to sit down. The employee helping me asked another staff member if I could move a chair in front of the large mirror area (where customers normally sit on to get the makeup on), and she agreed. I sat there and started trying a couple of products. A few minutes later, I was suddenly told I needed to leave the chair and move. Instead of speaking to me directly, someone communicated through an earpiece to the employee who was helping me, and she then had to pass the message along to me. The way this was handled felt extremely unnecessary and embarrassing, especially since I had already explained my injury and had been given permission to sit there. The experience made me feel humiliated and disrespected as a customer. I expected a lot more empathy and professionalism from a store like Sephora. I truly hope the store improves its hiring and training standards so customers are treated with more respect and understanding.

  Really disappointed with my experience at this Sephora location. The workers were extremely rude and acted like helping customers was a burden. When I asked a simple question about a product, the employee barely responded and had a very dismissive attitude. The store itself was nice, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. No one offered help, and it felt very unwelcoming. Sephora is supposed to be a place where people can ask questions and feel comfortable trying products, but that was definitely not the case here. I hope management works on improving how customers are treated because this visit left a bad impression. 😕

  I will not shop at Sephora until HudaBeauty is fully removed from shelves and on the website. The founder continues to spread lies and hateful rhetoric for years enough with the hypocrisy and remove this awful brand!

  It is unacceptable that this store continues to sell Huda Beauty products while fully aware of the brand owner’s support for Iran’s Islamic Republic, a regime responsible for the killing of over 50,000 young people and protesters. Choosing to keep these products on your shelves is not neutrality; it is complicity. When businesses ignore mass human rights violations, they place profit above humanity. Many Iranians around the world are watching which companies stand on the right side of history, and which do not.

  Shop here frequently with my daughters, and always appreciate how willing the staff is to be honest and helpful! Special shout out to Sierra who was so sweet to spend her time helping me with moisturizers and finding me the perfect one!
