Freshen up the layers and my bangs. I said if you take off one inch will that get that icky ends off? She said “I’ll take 2.” My hair was below my collarbone. So…she took at LEAST 4” and it isn’t anywhere close to what I asked for - it’s all one length, way too short and terrible. I’m so disappointed, I have an event in 2 weeks and was planning on gorgeous curls. I had no idea how bad it was until I got home and washed it.
