My face ended up looking super pale, almost ghost-like, and the lipstick they put on me was way too dark. I asked for options, but the choices they gave me didn’t make sense for the look I needed. The eye makeup was also extremely heavy on me — way more than what I asked for. When I looked at the photos afterward, I noticed the blush wasn’t blended at all, and the whole look just felt off. I paid for a professional service, but the result looked amateur. Now I’m honestly worried my Christmas pictures are going to look more like Halloween than holiday photos. I don’t recommend their makeup services.

I purchased the product for my granddaughter with a gift receipt. The product was purchased on September 4, 2025. The manager would not allow her an even exchange because past 30days. The gift receipt does not state no returns after 30days! Even exchange - no cash issue - unopened - I purchased the wrong color - manager was rude! Bad customer service!
