- EJElisha JohnsonFeb 8, 20251.0I showed the picture on the left and said I want this - shorter in the back, longer in the front, but just a little it doesn’t need to be a drastic angle. Freshen up the layers and my bangs. I said if you take off one inch will that get that icky ends off? She said “I’ll take 2.” My hair was below my collarbone. So…she took at LEAST 4” and it isn’t anywhere close to what I asked for - it’s all one length, way too short and terrible. I’m so disappointed, I have an event in 2 weeks and was planning on gorgeous curls. I had no idea how bad it was until I got home and washed it.

Every time I've gone in, the stylists/employees have always been friendly and helpful! I regret that I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who was working Saturday evening was fantastic! Not only was he friendly and welcoming, but he also helped save me money and was very informative! He asked if I had rewards and I said I wasn't sure. He put my number in just to check and low and behold, I did have rewards. In fact, I had $20 worth of reward points. He was very helpful and explained how the rewards system worked and what all I could use them for. I ended up paying less for two products, than I normally pay for one. I was very pleased and and thankful to the gentleman that helped me! I will definitely continue coming here for all of my product needs.
