- HVHalle VeldeDec 4, 20221.0I went in on 12/4/22 at 12 and sat down and while I didn’t wait long the service was absolutely horrible. The lady with black hair who did mine used a brush that had hair in it that wasn’t mine, didn’t clean up her station after her last client, and botched my hair big time. Before she even cut my hair I told her that I wanted no more than one inch off with light layers. I have very long hair and I have an emotional attachment to my hair. She then proceeded to cut my hair and as she was doing it in the most lazy was possible ( she didn’t section it and was cutting it on the cloak) messed up and made one side of my head about an inch shorter than the other. She also took off around two inches off when we agreed on one. I payed and left her a tip and left. Later that night I was able to notice a huge difference in length in my hair and went to get it fixed and the stylist that I went to, to get it fixed noticed the problem right away and had to take another two inches off my hair. So long story shot I went in to get one inch cut off and went to bed with 4 inches off my hair. I will never go back to any great clips ever, the uncleanliness and unfriendliness is absolutely insane. I DO NOT recommend going to this location or any other great clips location if you like your hair.
