- TVT VangDec 24, 20251.0Told the person cutting my hair that I wanted a 1 guard on the sides and back and to not touch anywhere else. Proceeds to do nothing remotely close to what I said. Cuts my bangs straight across, giving me the bowl cut look. Thins out the top. Gives me around a 3 guard on the sides and back. I still tipped them for their time. The bangs are horrible. The sides and back was okay. I didn't want to make a big deal because there were a lot of people and it is the holidays but I was really annoyed. There was also nothing that could be done at that point so why even bother making a scene. I now put gel to keep my bangs up from looking absolutely horrendous and unprofessional for work. This review will be a reminder for me to never come back here. Listen to your customers and dont do more than what they request.
