my two sons go their haircuts last minute this was open and available. the one woman did a great job (sorry i dont remember either stylist names) the second stylist did horrible. i had to go back with my so. due to the cut lines (which were not straight) and his cowlicks were not blended. I know he has them and we usually either get them blended or cut above them, simple I dont expect perfection when his hair is difficult however when i went back the girl who did the bad cut was extremely rude. she refused to even acknowledge the fact that his hairline was at crooked and his bangs looked like a bowl cut. the other stylist fixed it for us and the manager (when i called a couple days later)said she would talk to her. overall i prefer our normal barber and regret going here for the quick cut.

On veterans day they were able to get my husband in for a haircut. He's a disabled veteran Amma was treated very well by the manager. We were both very happy with the service and she did an amazing job trimming his beard. He'll be back.

The hairstylist did an okay job of cutting my hair. First of all, she asked me how many inches off she wants on the side of my right ear. I'm like "excuse me?" I just said "short but not too short, medium length". Her math calculus was just too much. She didn't quite respond well to my comments about how other hairstylists don't quite ask "how many inches". And when I asked her why she's just doing just part of my hair, she said in a pretty stern voice "Well I know I just wanted to cut that part so I can base that off your entire haircut." I didn't even meant telling her how to do her job, but rather just wanted to clarify. She used scissors throughout my hair. She did a fantastic job on the sideburns and the back of my hair! When it was time to pay, I tapped my card and she just left. No goodbye, no proper manners in wishing me a good rest of my day, nothing. She just went ahead and started cleaning the mess. Her customer service skills wasn't on par + she was chatting with her other stylists about how she wants to do 3 haircuts per hour. I don't care about how many haircuts you do per hour as that's none of my business — do a proper quality job for your customer!
