- PPPApr 6, 20211.0Had an appointment with Desirae for the first time. Showed her 4 pictures, explained in detail what I wanted. Not only did she not listen but butchered my hair to the point where I thought I was going to either cry or lose my S**t. I offered to pay because I understand it's the service industry but she said I'm not going to charge you. Thank God, had to go to another salon to try and fix what was left of my hair!!!!

He was not greeted in a kind manner and told that he had to have an appointment for a haircut. She then asked for his last name and when he gave his name she said "oh that's a weird last name." My recommendations are maybe don't have a walk-in's welcome sign if you don't allow walk-ins and you probably shouldn't' be calling someone's last name weird even if you're "joking."
