I had professional extensions which I LOVED and were quite expensive as most people know. I was out of the shampoo my hairdresser provided so I stopped in an asked what I should use because they do this for a living and I know some are even cosmetologists so I made the costly mistake of trusting the 'experts'. Biggest mistake ever! I was given Lanza Keratin Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. I only used the shampoo and it literally melted the bonds. I am sick about it. Extensions are VERY expensive! I am going to take my daughter to Las Vegas in a few weeks for her 21st birthday and my 40th. I was so excited. Saloncentric was so busy giving me excuses as to why it was everyone's fault but theirs for their mistake, I just got a refund for the shampoo and conditioner so I could get to my car and not cry in the store. They 100% made this costly mistake and didn't even offer to replace the hair. I never write negative reviews, only good positive ones but this was so upsetting I just can't let it go and allow another person to make this costly mistake.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
