- JHJust hereJun 22, 20251.0I went there a year ago for my twins first haircuts, I had to ask 3 times for them to save the hair because the first 2 times they didnt acknowledge my request and the third time they got snippy and said they knew but didnt bother saving any until they swept it up. I also had my nephews at the same time and when I stepped over to make sure one was doing alright the stylist stopped and gave me a dirty look and said: "can I help you with something" Well I went back today because on a whim I decided to get the twins done again, they needed it and I told myself the first experience the stylists were just upset I had come in an hour and a half before closing with 4 cut requests But today the twins were not having strangers touching them and cried the whole time to which the first stylist made the comment (to my 19 month old) "you would be more used to haircuts if mommy would bring you in more" I was dumbfounded and a little hurt because they have had their hair done at a barber and did just fine, they were just being toddlers and I was alone, with 2 toddlers doing my best to keep them calm. I even asked beforehand if they could handle doing a toddler cut fully prepared to walk away if they were not comfortable doing it. The customer service skills are just not a priority here and If anyone ever asks I'll always say anywhere but here.
