Asked for it to be cut to about mid-chest level, and left with it barely over my shoulders. I told her more than once where I wanted it. She said “okay, we’ll start there and see if you want to go any shorter.” I had my glasses off (per her request) while she cut it, so literally could not see how short she was going. She cut another 4-5 inches shorter than I asked her to!!!!!! There was no “seeing if I wanted it shorter” she just chopped away and sent me on my way. I am emotional over this. I hate it. It’s choppy, it does not blend well, and IT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! 😞

I don’t know what they were trying to do, but it looked nothing like what he asked for. The cut was uneven, sloppy, and honestly disrespectful. It looked like they gave up halfway through.
