Asked for it to be cut to about mid-chest level, and left with it barely over my shoulders. I told her more than once where I wanted it. She said “okay, we’ll start there and see if you want to go any shorter.” I had my glasses off (per her request) while she cut it, so literally could not see how short she was going. She cut another 4-5 inches shorter than I asked her to!!!!!! There was no “seeing if I wanted it shorter” she just chopped away and sent me on my way. I am emotional over this. I hate it. It’s choppy, it does not blend well, and IT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! 😞
