I asked for a trim and didnt specify anything about my sideburns or any facial hair (female but still have some) and she shaved my sideburns off and a streak of facial hair off each side of my face, the sides are uneven, layers don't blend and she was incredibly rough with the razor. She also didn't keep a hold on her comb and it kept smacking me in the top of the head.
