  I am just over the moon happy with the help I received from Joann R at the Sephora! What a breath of fresh air and a blessing she is to this store. I came in with one item in mind, and I ended up with 2! She is knowledge, upbeat, and made coming in not so overwhelming! She made it FUN. I also had been in a couple of times, but had never been told about the rewards program. I didn't really understand it, so she got me a pamphlet and made sure I was informed of what all was going on!

  The two women that look like they’re in their mid 40s working there were so Rude when I asked a simple question it’s like they didn’t even want to do their job. Then started giggling when I was walking away. horrible staff, and hire people that actually know how to do their own make up.

  Here at Sephora, I am usually interested in the various brands of perfumes sold at this location. And many of these are the most popular brands in the world 🌍. Kelvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Versace, Hugo Boss, and just to name a few. Just next to the Merle hey mall on Merle hey road, Des Moines, IA, USA... Check it out for yourself. My girlfriend usually buys a facial product called "the ordinary"... Everything here is ORIGINAL. LOVE IT !!!

  Terrible customer service. I went in to buy Foundation from Sephora, and Richi was the one who helped me, I told him I didn't want the color he was pushing on me, yet he was very persistent and kept pushing it. Said I could return if I hated it. So I brought it back, he remembered me, yet he wouldn't exchange it for the color I originally wanted to buy in the first place because I was like 2 or 3 days past the return policy as I didn't have enough time to exchange it. Now I am stuck with a $50 bottle of Foundation I can't use.
