The last couple times I took my son there, they did the same thing. I went to try it today and give it one last try. I walked in and watched as they cut another young man's hair and, yes, after I saw his finished hair cut I walked out. Good luck guys. Be weary.

The lady, middle aged and grey hair pulled back into a ponytail, seemed to understand. But she gave me the entire worst haircut of my life. The top is about 3-4” long so it’s floppy and won’t standup. She left a specific area where I have a cowlick long so it sticks out instead of cutting it short as requested. And it’s all uneven and choppy. It’s AWFUL!!!!!
