She is a sweetheart of a human being and she made me feel welcome and relaxed. She did a cut and highlight, and paid attention with care as she worked. She spent a LOT of time with me, and asked questions of me to ensure she was staying on track with what I wanted. They offered hot tea, and other beverages for me when I entered, and Megan made sure I had water as well. I realized after living with my new hair for a couple of days, that it needed a couple of minor tweaks. They got me in asap for that, with such a positive attitude! Instead of "tweaks", Megan literally spent 2 more hours with me, discussing and listening to my thoughts. She (again) gave me luxury service, with extra highlights, a conditioning treatment, a scalp massage, and tweaked the haircut...to perfection. She made me feel like it was no trouble for her, and that she was happy I chose to come back in. I'm honestly humbled by her graciousness and kindness towards me in this matter. Thank you sweet Megan! 😊
