- EHElizabeth HApr 7, 20191.0I booked an appointment a week in advance. I was going to come in and get my hair cut and colored for a job a started the next day. They called me an hour before my appointment was supposed to start to tell me that they couldn't get me in because the had over booked the stylist. When I asked if there was any time that day that they could get me in and told them what I wanted done, the girl on the phone told me that it was a long process (I am well aware, that's why I booked it for my day off) and that if I wanted that I would have to reschedule for a later date. I get it, scheduling things happen, but I would have liked to have known before that so I could have made an appointment elsewhere. Better yet, I would have liked my appointment honored. I liked this salon, they do a good job, but this... this was extremely unprofessional to me. If it was a problem when I first scheduled then I should have been called immediately, if it was a problem that arose later, after I booked my appointment then I should have been prioritized with my original time. They care only about getting as many people in as possible and making as much money as they can at the expense of customer service. All in all, I am very disappointed and will be going elsewhere to get my hair done.
