I didn’t want him to get a haircut the back of his neck where she trimmed the ends are so long by his ear. There’s still long hair and it was just a trim and they charged me for a haircut even though I called in beforehand and they said a trim and I explained to them I wanted around his ears the back of his neck and his bangs and they said nine Dollars then when I called in to see why we got charged full price she said that’s a haircut on a one year-old I will not bring my son back there. I will find somewhere else. I know my son was not happy since it was his first haircut and he’s only one, but I do like how they took a piece of his hair and put it on a card as a memory, but they did enter his name wrong. I told them what my son’s name is and on the receipt it was wrong, so I had to write down of how to spell it. I told her that Hispanic name which has eyes but a but they did enter his name wrong. I arrived & was 3rd on list, but taken back to chair within 2-3 minutes. KARA was extremely friendly & listened to my description I gave her. My hubby said It's one of the BEST CUTS I've had!! Even though there are 3 closer to my home ( Muscatine) I will mark her & this as MY FAV! Thank you!!
