  Love Fusion salon! I’ve been seeing Kimberly DeKoster for over 9 years consistently for my lashes and that should tell you how amazing she is!

  Made an appointment the previous Saturday and received a quote of $150 for a loose perm, a wolf cut, and eyebrows $20. They called the day before my appointment (which I thought was nice) and we reconfirmed price. During the call I also requested for an eyebrow tint. Day of the appointment I received a text asking to come in early so my eyebrows can be first as it will be done by a different person. After arriving I inform the lady doing my eyebrows what I wanted (sharp points and for the tail ends to be completely taken off). All she did was tint and waxed the surrounding area of my actual eyebrow. After she had me look at them I said it's not what was requested and she said that she feels that it fits my face more. Just left it at that. She then told me to sit in another chair to have my hair done. Not even 5 minutes later, the girl that just did my eyebrows leaves the establishment. Indicating to me that she was in such a hurry in turn she didn't want to do her job. Will say she was nice to talk to but that only goes so far. Then waiting in the chair and the person giving me the haircut is going over the price and said it was actually going to be $215 for just the loose perm. I inform what was quoted ($150) and she asked "did the person you spoke to on the phone ask if you had long hair?" I said "I don't remember." I told her "I think I'm just going to leave" and that's when she said "well I can still do the cut for you" so ended up staying as things happen and wasn't the stylist's fault directly. She was very nice to talk to as well, but again that only goes so far. It does not look like a wolf cut at all, but the haircut itself is nice. But as you can see in the picture, there's so much hair left on my face And eyebrows were not waxed. When it was time pay I bought a shampoo and conditioner ($60 value) and a product to help with my curls ($28 value) as they said new clients receive receive 10% off supplies. The person checking me out was rescheduling for my 10-week haircut she asked if I would also like to set up an appointment for my eyebrows again. I told her" no thank you, probably won't do that here again." When she asked why I informed her of what happened. When asked if she was the owner and she confirmed she was. That is when she said she was not going to charge me today for my eyebrows and had me reschedule an appointment for this upcoming Thursday. I offered to pay for it now and she said that it would be easier to pay for it day of so the money goes directly to the other person doing my eyebrows. I set the appointment up because I'm not too good with confrontation but will be canceling. The total after eyebrows eyebrow tint (wasn't charged), $80 of hair product with that 10% discount, and a haircut that is not the haircut as requested. I paid a total of $180 not including the $10 tip. So overall I paid $100 for a haircut. And the new price for the eyebrows was $40 Also had cancer and this was my first haircut/style in three years!

  Jayda is my absolute favorite hairstylist! She always makes my hair look beautiful, whether she’s trimming, waxing, or styling.   Julissa is amazing! She listened to my ideas and made my hair vision come to reality!! I have dark, thick, textured hair and she made it look fantastic! Staff is so friendly and nice! Will be back again!
