When we were looking for our birthday gift I wasn’t sure which one to get and Zach let me smell the scents for the perfume option which helped me pick a birthday gift easily. - ISIsaac SpeedJul 12, 20221.0I went in to look at some Spicebomb Night Vision cologne. I was basically treated like a potential theft threat. No greeting upon entering the area, no asking what I was looking for, nada. Just a employee invading my personal space and just watching me. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. I work retail, I know the signs, but I also know how to at least acknowledge people. 08/27/24 Edit: I wasn't going to, but I am. The people that work at this place are judgemental, self-absorbed, and, at the very least, not helpful. I get it, I'm a big guy. Like, quite big. I take care of myself. I like fragrances. Am I always dressed for the store? No. I'm in a friggin Kohl's. I don't need you to roll your eyes when I'm looking for traveler sized scents. I don't need your disgusted looks. A simple "they're right here" would do. You don't have to point, say nothing, and look at me like, "does this guy even know what a shower is, let alone a cologne?" As Ron Swanson would say, "I know more than you."

Couple weeks ago and older gal helped me find some GREAT products to add to my skin regimen and last night Alex did the same!! I could go on for days about how amazing my service is. Never been to a location that has so many just KNOWLEDGEABLE employee's. It didn't feel like the typical sales rigmarole- seems like people that actually are knowledgeable and educated about all kinds of different products to suit every skin type. My skin and I thank the employees of this Sephora :)
