I have always avoided haircuts due to having Folliculitis "a condition where ingrown hairs are more common, prominent and painful". However, today would have to me chocked up as the best haircut I've ever received. Kelly took her time and made sure that every pass thru of her clippers was precise. After each step she would spray and wipe the area as well as use products to maintain comfortability. I left not only looking amazing, but feeling amazing 🤩

My sister wasnt exactly sure on the cut she wanted and was trying to explain how she wanted it. She had previously explained to me before we came in and I came over to help her and the horribly rude woman told me in the most condescending voice to sit down and go away and she didnt need my help. She then told my sister "You need to know exactly what you want when you come in, a hair cut is either a yes or no figure it out". She didnt even try to hear out her request and gave her a haircut nothing like how she had wanted it. If you are going to be in such a bad mood you need to yell at paying customers and give them whatever hair cut you want, you shouldn't even come to work. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people. Dont come here unless you want to be treated like trash.
