  My 82 yr old mother bought me a gift card and when she got home she didn't have the card. She spent the next day trying to figure it out by calling getting transferred and then hung up on and then returning to the store just to be told there is nothing they can do because she has the receipt. The fact that they are implieing she is a thief blows my mind. She called and told me the situation all upset because she is on a fixed SS income and can't afford anything else. I of course said no worries. Sephora and Kohls both lost customers today!!

  I'm not overly familiar with makeup, so places like Sephora can put me on edge a bit. Today, I went in & asked for help with foundation. The staff member was kind and helpful. She made to sure to match me with products that addressed my needs while also keeping my budget in mind.

  I love the new Sephora at Kohl's! They have all the same products as they did at the JCP location, but better customer service and a better shopping experience.

  I think You may need to add extra help. The poor lady was doing her best trying to help a lady with makeup and another one in line waiting. Then you have us 3 waiting to be helped to pay for our stuff. We waited over 5 min for her to come over to tell us it will be a little bit as she needs to help the next person who wants makeup help. Don’t you want to help the customers pay and get the heck out of there? See was sweet, but didn’t seem easy to help all of us. Get more workers like you did when you were inside JCP!!!!
