Usually I trim my own hair so I only have to pay to get it cut maybe once a year so I have some sort of guide to trim it by. It has been prolly 2 years since I've had it professionally done n when I did she messed it up too. She was a very sweet lady n I'm not gonna say which location she was at cause it wasn't that she didn't want to do a good job she just thought she knew better than I did what I wanted despite trying to tell her repeatedly. So the next morning I called another location n they got me right in and fixed it for me. Was only a minor fix but that isn't the point. The point is that ppl make mistakes I don't expect perfection. What impressed me was the way I was treated in the aftermath. They have a satisfaction guarantee so I didn't have to go back to the same place n deal with the awkwardness of not wanting the same lady to fix it as messed it up.

I went in for a haircut not too long ago, and from the beginning of the haircut the seemed SO uninterested, not RBF, uninterested.. I’m talking she would roll her eyes if I asked her to do her job, aka me asking her if she could keep it longer. On that same note, after I asked if she could keep it longer she rolled her eyes and cut it practically as short as possible, and the back is SUPER choppy. If you want to go here I highly recommend requesting not to get a haircut with Nina. P.S if I could give HER, and her only, negative starts I would. Otherwise the place is pretty cool!
