- RGRobert GrimesJan 26, 20261.0I went to this locations and a lady named Amy was cutting my hair. All this lady did was talk down about other Stylist that work there. She was saying things like everyone else their sucks at their job that she wouldn't trust anyone else there to cut hair. This is very negative and bad vibe behavior and made me very uncomfortable to the point that i was waiting for my cut to be finished so that i could get out of that environment. Why would you want to hire someone or keep someone around that had that kind of attitude and negative vibe and negativity towers other team members, do you not have a We Are a Team environment in this establishment. She just seemed like she was the only one that deserved to be working there and that everyone else was trash compared to her, I don't know if i was the owner she would 100% not be working for me or being a part of my team but I'm not the owner i guess the owner of this establishment runs things differently than most other Barber Shops. I will not be returning to this location ever again solely based off this lady's attitude about her other team members very ugly and nasty vibe for sure and will be advising my friends and family and employees to avoid this location as well at all costs. Very bad energy This was the Viking Plaza location in Cedar Falls

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
