  Kohl's cashier ripped gift card numbers off when peeling back the membrane that covers the redemption code. Invited the manager into the conversation. They refused to help solve the problem. Store would not take responsibility for their actions. Tried online Sephora but they kept claiming you go back to the store and policy, policy, policy. Buyer beware. After years of Kohl's business and thousands of dollars spend on family clothing there. Both Kohl's and Sephora lose our business over a $25 gift card due to cashier negligence and poor customer service. There's other stores in town and we look forward to exploring them. But our days in Kohls is over.

  Smaller site, I don't shop Sephora, don't shop it at JC Penny's either wasted space that could be used for other items. Had to drive to west Des Moines Kohls, prices were different between the stores. 10 mins apart. Why??

  I was in there last weekend with my Son's fiancee. I was there to make purchases and after being ignored twice in favor of my Son's fiancee I decided that nobody wanted my business so I left and spent my money at Ulta Beauty in Ames. They were more than happy to ask me if I needed help and recommending purchases for me.
