She did not listen at all to what I wanted, there’s still too much on the sides and back - more so it’s literally uneven and there’s more hair on the side and back than there is on the front it’s really bad, I’d just like to say I’m not losing my hair, I have pretty thick hair so it’s crazy that she was able to pull that off. This was the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life and I’m generally really chill about if it’s not perfect. This was straight up just terrible, the whole process literally took 2 minutes - that’s how I knew right away that it wasn’t gonna look good, a decent haircut takes time, focus & effort. It felt like I was treated like just some boy that didn’t really care as long as my hair was cut so she didn’t put any actual effort or thought into the look that I wanted. I will never go to great clips again, I don’t even think I can save it she took so much off the front, the best I can do is shorten the sides and get me a barber that actually cares & listens. Haircut - 0/10, the place is clean and smells nice and if you don’t care about the way your hair looks as long as it’s cut and affordable than this is the place for you. Not for me however, I didn’t realize how bad a haircut would hurt my mental health. Learned my lesson atleast.

I have had a great deal of hair loss, but she knows how to deal with what little hair I do have and is always kind and skillful. My husband also goes to Great Clips and no matter who cuts his hair, they always do a great job. Everyone there is kind and friendly, and they constantly keep the place clean. EXCELLENT business!
