I have had a great deal of hair loss, but she knows how to deal with what little hair I do have and is always kind and skillful. My husband also goes to Great Clips and no matter who cuts his hair, they always do a great job. Everyone there is kind and friendly, and they constantly keep the place clean. EXCELLENT business!

He read my notes, asked if that's what I wanted, and said yes. For most of the cut, he followed whatI had written, but at the end, without asking, he put gel in my hair. I didn't want that, and he never asked if it was okay. Then he used some kind of tool that pulled out a lot of my hair, leaving my scalp sore. The end result looks like something a five-year-old could have done. be wearing hats until it grows out, and next time drive to Ames instead. won't be returning to this location.
