Got choppy layers and weird bangs on the side that were blunt and uneven. I went a second time to get it fixed, it was the same girl! I showed her a picture of what I wanted I said take off about 3 inches, it was closer to 5-6 inches. My hair is absolutely horrible. I asked for layers, didn’t get any besides horrible choppy THICK side bangs that almost make it look like a jelly fish haircut. I’ve been nonstop crying for hours.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
