- KKKatie Kittrell4 days ago1.0Entered just now at 6:53. Did not realize they close at 7PM, not a problem. First associate welcomes me in, asks if I need anything and lets me know they close in 7 minutes. “I’m good and thank you, no problem.” I walk around looking for what I want and two minutes later another associate asks if I need help. “No thank you.” Still looking for my perfume and walking quickly- I have no intention to keep them there and there’s plenty of other guests still there. At 6:57PM, the first associate asks again if I need help and then “just to remind you, we close in 3 minutes.” LIKE I WASN’T AWARE. I immediately left. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a retail setting. For background, I worked retail for 7 years and get it; these are young kids that want to go home. But train them better. I will not be back. And I was intending on dropping $250 on a perfume set.
